A colleague of mine Brad Hiskins reminded me a few weeks ago that generally people can either be a stiffy or a floppy. I’m a stiffy. That is my joint range of movement is average to below average, I don’t enjoy yoga because it is hard, I love land based sports and body contact.

Or are you a floppy? You love yoga, cause its easy, you always got injured at school playing sports and you can place both hands on the ground whilst standing with straight legs.
So which is better you ask? Well, of course a combination of both.
If you are a stiffy I can help you be more of a floppy, and if you are a floppy I can help you be more of a stiffy….so…you don’t get injured being too much of one or the other.
