About the author

Daniel O'Sullivan is a highly experienced exercise and rehabilitation professional who runs a private clinic, Accelr8 Rehab, in Weetangera, Canberra. He is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Remedial Massage Therapist who has specialised in helping his clients manage and recover from injury and chronic pain for over twenty years.


Daniel has been seeing clients with Long COVID in his clinic since the height of the COVID pandemic in 2021. At that time, there was little understanding in the broader health and medical communities about the prevalence, duration and progression of the disabling symptoms of Long COVID.

Based on this first hand knowledge and experience in what works for his clients, Daniel has developed a number of tools and resources, including the Long COVID Fatigue Diary to record activities and symptoms.  He has also drawn on his lengthy experience and expertise in treating symptoms of Chronic Fatigue and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), with which his Long COVID clients frequently present.
