This is the First step of Three Steps to STOP Numb Hands at Night 

If you really follow this protocol your numb hands will be resolved in 3-5 Days.

Here is the Protocol:

DO THIS EXERCISE EVERY NIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED:

  1. Stretch and Mobilise (but don't hold) 5 times.
  2. On the last stretch hold for 10 -15 seconds.
  3. Make sure your head is relaxed. Adjust if your arms get pins and needles.
  4. Complete both sides twice.
