How to start

Getting Started Is Simpler Than It Looks

This is the part that trips people up, so here is exactly how it works.

1

Check What You Have

If you already have a Home Care Package or a Support at Home budget with a provider like Mercy Health, Trilogy Care, Northside Community Service, Life Without Barriers, integratedliving Australia and others, you are already set up to use us.

2

Ask Your Provider to Direct Us

Call your existing provider and instruct them that Accelr8 Rehab can provide both Exercise Physiology and Remedial Massage under any budget. No new assessment needed, and no waiting.

3

We Book You In

Once your provider confirms, we organise a time and come to you. Simple as that.

One thing to check first: if all you have is the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), the older, entry level program, we are not able to provide funded home visits under that alone. You would need to be assessed for Support at Home first. Not sure what you have? Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422, or give us a call and we will help you work it out.
