Hi all, here are some of the select Youtube videos to which I refer to when designing exercise programs. Youtube is a great function to which many talented people present their exercise content. I must give thanks to the people who upload these videos for all to view.
I will be providing my own videos however this will take time. If you do decide to undertake any of the exercises you do at your own risk. For me, these video exercises give me ideas and motivation, in many cases I adapt the exercises as they are not suitable to give to the people I train....
